Standardization of the surgery unit at the Department of Dermatology

We anticipate that an improved standardization of processes and rearrangement of tasks may result in an increased efficiency which may decrease costs and higher level of satisfaction for both the patient and the doctor/nurses. Therefore, the aim of this study is to standardize the protocols and procedures for surgery to improve the patient's and coworker's satisfaction, medical and financial outcomes.
